The Secretary-Treasurer is responsible for the financial affairs of ABC. The Treasurer keeps full and accurate books of account (or oversees the activities of the Executive Director in this regard) and disburses expenditures according to the By-Laws of the Association. The Treasurer gives a statement of finances as often as required, including a complete auditted financial report at the annual general meeting of ABC. The Treasurer also presents a budget for the upcoming fiscal year at the Annual General Meeting.
