Education Liaison - The duty of this director is to encourage provincial organizations involved in education, such as federations of teachers and trustees, universities and private schools, and other organizations concerned with exceptional children, to study the needs of bright children.  In conjunction with the Advocacy Committee, this director also encourages the training of suitable teachers and provision of appropriate programmes for these children.
