Success Can Be Contagious

Often the key to empowerment for advocates is knowledge:

• knowledge about what is possible

• knowledge of what works

• knowledge about what is happening in other classrooms, schools, school boards, provinces and countries

• knowledge about the best practise in gifted education

Often the most powerful advocacy tools are knowing what others in similar situations have done to solve similar issues.

In this spirit, we encourage ABC members to share their success stories with one another and provide these pages to publish a selection of helpful examples.

To share your story you have several options:

• Attend local chapter meetings to share with others face to face

• Post your experiences on our message board

• Or to appear on these pages, send you story to us using the "Submit Story" feature (registered member log in required)
